If you organization requires electrical outlets, audio visual, phone lines and/or Internet access , you must order and pay for these services directly with the following vendors.

Exhibitor Reminders
•Exhibitors will have access to *set up exhibits at 7:00 AM Saturday, November 1st 2008.

•*DO NOT ship exhibit materials or equipment to the Santa Clara Convention Center (SCCC).* You MUST ship your materials and equipment to your hotel and then transport them to SCCC.

•Exhibit packages include (2) two-day registrations. Please complete and return as soon as possible.

Hotel and Travel Information
The Hyatt Regency Santa Clara is attached to the Santa Clara Convention Center located at 5101 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara, CA 95054. The Autism Education Network has arranged for a group rate of $99 per night on a first-come, first-serve basis. For reservations call 800-244-1234 or 408-200-1234.

The closest airport to the Santa Clara Convention Center is San Jose International Airport. Taxis are available from the San Jose airport to the Santa Clara Convention Center which takes about 15 minutes assuming optimal traffic conditions.
